Welcome the new year with a night that hits all the right notes - flavour, rhythm and a whole lot of disco energy. Start your evening with a cocktail of your choice or a glass of Veuve Clicquot NV on arrival, then settle in for a shared set menu made for indulgence and good times.



Expect standout dishes like Grilled Abrolhos Island Scallops with Kombu Butter, Kingfish Sashimi with Kaffir Kosho Vinaigrette, Wagyu Tataki, Prawn Toast, Steamed Barramundi and a Westholme Bone-in Sirloin with Sancho Peppercorn Sauce - finished with a bright, tropical Passionfruit Kakigori and Mango Sorbet.



When dinner wraps, the disco kicks in. DJs will be spinning vinyl til late, cocktails will keep flowing, the lights will be dimmed and the music turned up. Channel your inner Studio 54 and get ready for a countdown to remember.
