Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
•    Entry is open to applicants aged 18+
•    Employees of Barangaroo House are ineligible to enter

Entry
•    The Promotion commences on 15:00 01/10 /2019 and entries close on 23:00 31/10 /2019 (promotion period)
•    To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete their Rose passports by participating in each of the activities listed on the passport, within the promotion period. The activities are all based at Barangaroo House across all three levels. The completion of each activity will by marked by a stamp from a member of staff at Barangaroo House. Once the passport has been completed – that is all activities have been stamped, the entrants must fill out their contact details on the passport and hand it into the bar on ground level at House Bar. These entrants will then go into a draw to win.

Prizes and winning
•    The random prize draw will take place at 2pm on 31st October, 2019.
•    The winners will receive a $300 voucher to dine at Bea Restaurant, level 2, Barangarooo House.
•    Total Prize pool value is $300

Prize conditions
•    Winners will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners will have their details published on www.barangaroohouse.com.au/passport on 01/11/2019
•    If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted on 04/11/2019 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days and will have their name published in www.barangaroohouse.com.au/passport on 05/11/2019 

•    Multi C – Individual prizes will not exceed $1,000.00. Total prizes during the period of the permit will not exceed $100,000.00
•    Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way

•    Kings Cross Hotel practices the responsible service of alcohol and retains the right to refuse service at any time.
