This Mother’s Day, Sunday 10 May, celebrate Mum with a vibrant shared feast at Rekōdo, Barangaroo House.

 

Gather the family for a specially curated $145 set menu, designed for long lunches and lively dinners in the heart of Barangaroo. Each Mum will be welcomed with a glass of Chandon on arrival.

 

The menu showcases bold, seasonal flavours made for sharing. Begin with edamame with nori salt and kingfish sashimi with kosho vinaigrette, finger lime and sapphire grapes. From there, enjoy grilled Abrolhos scallops with kombu butter, crispy pork belly bao with yuzu mustard, and dry-aged duck with plum jus and shiso.

 

Sides of crispy Japanese eggplant with teriyaki caramel and baby cos with whipped tofu and furikake round out the table, before finishing on a sweet note with chocolate ganache, blood plum sorbet, umeboshi and meringue.

 

Enhance the experience with optional upgrades, including Sydney Rock oysters with shiso mignonette and steamed barramundi with dashi butter, seaweed and native succulents.
